The Leaders Conference is two days full of worship, prayer, teaching, seeking God, encouragement and more! Two days set apart for God where He can work.
The Leaders Conference is not just for leaders, but for everyone who serves in a team, is member of a connect or just longs for more from God.
We believe for special encounters with God and being touched and fulfilled with the Holy Spirit during this conference! God wants to give us many tools for personal growth and growth in leadership. So set these days apart. Invest in yourself and your leadership.

SPEAKERS
Erald van de Ridder
Erald is married to Mathilde, and together they lead City Life Church. In 1991, he experienced a calling to build God’s house. His passion is developing leaders who, in turn, produce new leaders. Today, he oversees multiple City Life Churches and coaches pastors with a vision for further growth.
Friedhelm Holthuis
Pastor Friedhelm oversees the national BFP in Germany with many hundreds of churches. A leader full of strategic insight and passion for Jesus and His church.
Dominique John
Dominique John (Dom) studied theology at Regents Theological College and worked as a pastor in Derby, England, before moving back to Germany. Together with his wife Sarah, he is the founder and head pastor of City Church. In June 2015, Dom & Sarah moved to Cologne and started City Church in their living room. Today, City Church has three locations: in Cologne, Aachen, and Bergisch Gladbach, where the two live with their three children, Maxime, Levi, and Hanna. Dom’s heart beats for investing in the personal and spiritual growth of people and strengthening leaders and teams to build up the local church.
Mathilde van de Ridder
Mathilde is the senior pastor of City Life Church together with her husband Erald. She is a woman full of faith. She regularly speaks to and coaches leaders and is fully committed to building God’s house and making His love visible.
